Pay: $17.48–$18.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time

Sunrise Post Acute is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a healthcare environment where kindness, professionalism, and excellent service matter.
As our Receptionist, you’ll be one of the first people our residents, families, visitors, and community partners interact with. We’re looking for someone who can create a warm first impression while keeping the front office organized and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist visitors with questions and direct them to the appropriate department
- Support general administrative and clerical needs
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and guests
- Assist facility leadership and departments with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable answering multi-line phones and assisting visitors
- Basic computer and office skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
