About the Role As a Receptionist at Kavak in Lerma, you will support the sales floor by assisting customers who have reserved and unreserved cars, addressing inquiries, and presenting Kavak's pitch. You will also handle quotes and stay up to date on Kavak's financing options to help customers on their car journey.

- Service the sales floor, with customers who have reserved and unreserved cars.
- Problem solving with customers.
- Welcoming customers and informing Kavak's pitch.
- Delivery of quotes to customers and attention at all times.
- Mastering and keeping updated on different financing plans that Kavak offers.
