About the Role Receptionist at Kavak to support sales floor operations across customers with reserved and unreserved cars. You will help with problem solving, welcome customers, present Kavak's pitch, deliver quotes, and stay updated on Kavak's financing plans to assist customers.
What You'll Do
- Service the sales floor, assisting customers with both reserved and unreserved cars
- Solve problems and respond to customer questions
- Welcome customers and present Kavak's pitch
- Deliver quotes and provide attentive service at all times
- Master and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kavak's financing plans
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service or sales environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey Kavak's value proposition
- Ability to present financing options and quotes to customers
- Comfortable working on the sales floor and handling multiple customer inquiries
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 10,021.44 MXN per month
- Additional benefit: 1,056 MXN in vales (gift/ vouchers)
