About the Role KAVAK is seeking a Receptionist to support on-site operations on the sales floor. You will serve customers with reserved and unreserved cars, help with problem solving, and present Kavak's value proposition, while staying informed about Kavak's financing options to assist customers nationwide and internationally. What You'll Do
- Service the sales floor, with customers who have reserved and unreserved cars.
- Problem solving with customers.
- Welcoming customers and informing Kavak's pitch.
- Delivery of quotes to customers and attention at all times.
- Mastering and keeping updated on different financing plans that Kavak offers. What We're Looking For
