Job title: Receptionist
We are looking for a Receptionist to support Kavak's sales floor operations at our CMX-Artz Pedregal location. You will greet customers, convey Kavak's pitch, and help with quotes while staying informed about Kavak's financing options for both reserved and unreserved cars.
What You'll Do
- Service the sales floor with customers who have reserved and unreserved cars.
- Problem solve with customers and handle inquiries.
- Welcome customers and inform Kavak's pitch.
- Deliver quotes to customers and maintain attention at all times.
- Master and stay updated on Kavak's financing plans.
What We're Looking For
- Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer engagement.
- Interest or familiarity with Kavak financing options.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work at our Mexico location.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 10,021.44 MXN per month plus 1,056 MXN in vales on card.
