EE DE RESIDENZ is a B&Q Apartment Rental facility with an indoor swimming pool and bar located in Awka, Anambra State.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Receptionist
Job Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out.
- Respond to enquiries, reservations and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate guest and booking records.
- Handle telephone and other customer communications.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Receive and communicate guest complaints appropriately.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Ability to work the required shift pattern.
Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 per month.
