Job Description

This is a varied position combining Dental Assisting and reception duties, including:

• Assisting dentists during procedures and providing excellent chairside support.
• Welcoming patients and ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Managing appointments, patient enquiries and phone calls.
• Handling general administrative duties, patient records and data entry.
• Supporting payment processing and daily reception tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented clinical environment.
• Working collaboratively with the team to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in both Dental Assisting and administration/reception.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, professional manner and a genuine passion for patient care.
• The ability to multitask and work well in a busy environment.
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
