About the Role Giorgio Armani S.p.A. is opening Emporio Armani Caffè & Ristorante in Milan and is seeking a talented team for Sala, Bar and Cucina. We are hiring Receptionist, Chef de Rang, Bartender and Chef de Partie to bring the brand’s iconic hospitality to Milano. The selected candidates should deliver exceptional service with discretion, a confident presence, and the ability to remain composed during peak service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests, ensure a high-end service in reception, sala, bar and kitchen contexts, and adapt to varying guest needs.
- Maintain poise and a discreet presence while delivering attentive service in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with team across service areas to ensure consistency and attention to detail.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience from opening to close.
What We're Looking For
- Preferred experience in fine dining or high-profile restaurants.
- Good command of English.
- Attitude to hospitality, excellent relational skills, savoir-faire in dynamic high-traffic contexts.
- Strong orientation and aesthetic sense in service; attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on evening shifts; full-time availability.
- Past experience as Receptionist, Chef de Rang, Bartender, or Chef de Partie is a plus.
Nice to Have
- International or luxury hospitality exposure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 26,000 - 30,000 EUR per year.
- Full-time evening shifts; opportunity for growth within a dynamic, highly qualified context.
