We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Receptionist
Job Location: GRA, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and the reception area.
- Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and office records.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Ensure the reception area remains neat and presentable.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or a related role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
