Agrinet is looking for a receptionist to manage incoming calls, operate the telephone system, welcome visitors, and provide general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and ensure the effective operation of the switchboard.
• Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Receive incoming mail and courier parcels, ensuring delivery to the relevant recipients and obtaining signatures where required.
• Perform general administrative duties.

Requirements

• Grade 12 /Matric Certificate
• At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or switchboard operator.
• Computer literacy
• Good telephone etiquette, administrative skills, and communication abilities.
