Job Description

• Welcome and assist hotel guests, members, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding health club facilities, services, operating hours, memberships, and activities.
• Manage bookings and appointments for health club facilities and services.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, membership details, and daily attendance.
• Ensure guests are properly registered before using health club facilities.
• Provide information on available facilities, promotions, packages, and membership options.
• Coordinate with the Health Club, Spa, Recreation, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments when required.
• Handle guest requests, comments, and complaints professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, welcoming, and properly maintained at all times.
• Monitor the availability of towels, lockers, amenities, and other guest supplies and coordinate replenishment as required.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Assist with membership applications, renewals, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, security, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Support the Health Club team with daily administrative and operational requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Health Club Manager or management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a reception, front desk, health club, spa, gym, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, welcoming, and guest-focused personality.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle bookings, telephone calls, guest inquiries, and basic administrative tasks.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of health club, fitness, or wellness operations is an advantage.
