La persona seleccionada será responsable de ofrecer una atención cercana y profesional al huésped, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones de recepción y colaborando en las diferentes necesidades del establecimiento.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en recepción de hotel.
- Experiencia y manejo de Opera Cloud.
- Orientación al cliente y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
- Persona organizada, resolutiva y con actitud proactiva.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos, incluidos noches, fines de semana y festivos.
- Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de idiomas, especialmente inglés y frances.
