About the Role En Gran Meliá de Mar, hotel de lujo solo para adultos, buscamos un/a Recepcionista de Noche apasionado/a por la hospitalidad para atender a nuestros huéspedes durante el turno nocturno y contribuir a experiencias excepcionales. What You'll Do
- Realizar procesos de check-in y check-out.
- Atender consultas, solicitudes e incidencias de los huéspedes durante la noche.
- Gestionar llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y reservas de última hora.
- Supervisar la seguridad y tranquilidad de las instalaciones durante la noche.
- Realizar tareas administrativas y de auditoría nocturna.
- Gestionar la facturación y cierre diario de caja.
- Coordinarse con los diferentes departamentos para garantizar un servicio excelente.
- Elaborar informes y reportes de incidencias del turno. What We're Looking For
