We are currently looking for a Receiving Inspector to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing Quality team. The Receiving Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, components, and products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications before being released to production or inventory. This role works closely with the Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to verify that all incoming items meet required documentation, dimensional, and workmanship standards.

What You Will Be Doing

Incoming Inspection & Verification

• Perform detailed inspection of incoming raw materials, purchased parts, and assemblies to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and applicable quality standards.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and physical inspections using calibrated measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, indicators, and other inspection tools.
• Verify material identification, revision levels, quantities, and traceability requirements upon receipt.
• Ensure inspection activities comply with company procedures and applicable customer or regulatory requirements.

Documentation Review

• Review and validate supplier documentation including:
• Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
• Material Test Reports (MTRs)
• Certifications and inspection reports
• Special process certifications when required
• Confirm documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with purchase order and specification requirements.
• Ensure traceability documentation is properly recorded and maintained.

Nonconformance Management

• Identify and document non-conforming materials in accordance with established quality procedures.
