Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly committed, experienced and passionate Real Estate marketing Executive to drive our growth in the Abuja market.
- You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Present property features and benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the real estate sector.
- Deep passion for real estate and wealth creation through property investment.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: N100,000 per month.
- Personal Commission: 10% on sales of properties.
