About the Role Renault Trucks Belux operates within a professional (inter)national network. As a Real Estate & Facility Manager you will help structure, implement and professionalize the real estate and facility policy, with a focus on the Truck Centers and the headquarters.

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operation and development of the physical sites (headquarters and Truck Centers) including infrastructure, maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure a safe, high-quality working environment and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners; select and manage external service providers and suppliers while monitoring costs and safety compliance.
• Set up and maintain a structured maintenance system (short-term, preventive and periodic inspections); monitor operational costs and safety for users and contractors.
• Take the role of project manager for real estate projects and renovations, coordinating from start to finish (timing, budget and quality).
• Manage and update all technical building information (plans, installations) to keep data accurate; regularly report energy use, technical issues and inspection status.
• Manage leases and tenancy registers (e.g., tenancy register in JLL); negotiate with landlords on maintenance works and costs to safeguard the organization's interests.
• Proactively identify improvements in facility services and safety; build a strong network across locations (e.g., Truck Centers) and share knowledge and best practices with the broader facility network.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor or master degree, preferably in real estate, facility management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in property management, facility or real estate management, preferably in an industrial setting (automotive sector a plus).
• Affinity with technical installations and building management; structured, with strong administrative skills and hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact professionally with tenants, suppliers and internal customers.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and responsible.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch; French is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive sector or with truck centers is a nice-to-have.
• French language skills are preferred.
