About the Role WD is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Real Estate Design and Construction Manager to lead large-scale design and construction projects across manufacturing, R&D, office, warehouse, data centers, clean labs, industrial, sales, and executive spaces. The role focuses on delivering high-quality design and project management services that align programming requirements with budget and schedule while collaborating across departments and ensuring regulatory compliance. Projects span California and approximately 50 sites globally. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design and construction projects from concept through close-out.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget; ensure programming requirements are met for spaces including Manufacturing, R&D, Office, Warehouse, Data Centers, Clean Labs, Industrial, Sales and Executive spaces.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners; ensure regulatory/compliance standards.
- Safeguard alignment with Real Estate objectives; manage stakeholder expectations and report progress. What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in managing large-scale real estate design/construction projects from concept to close-out.
- Experience delivering manufacturing, R&D, office, warehouse, data center, clean lab, industrial, sales and executive spaces.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, and budget/schedule management.
- Ability to operate across California and global sites; willingness to travel.
