About the Role Cozen O’Connor is seeking an experienced commercial Real Estate attorney to join its Washington, D.C. Real Estate group. We are open to candidates at the senior associate or junior partner level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience representing developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate. What You'll Do
- Negotiate real estate transactions
- Advise clients on structuring and strategy
- Draft and review real estate documents
- Collaborate with developers, owners, managers, investors and lenders on all phases of real estate deals What We're Looking For
- Admission to the D.C. Bar
- Experience with acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management, or sale of real estate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in real estate Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $280k-$335k per year
- Onsite role in Washington, D.C.; full-time
