About the Role Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Real Estate group in the Detroit office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of transactional experience and will contribute to acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing matters within the Real Estate practice. What You'll Do
- Work on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing.
- Collaborate with the Detroit-based Real Estate practice group on transactional matters.
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture and client service within the Real Estate group.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of transactional real estate experience.
- Experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial leasing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
