Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market
Livwell Real Estate L.L.C. is expanding its team and is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to work in both the Off-Plan and Secondary Property Markets in Dubai.
We welcome candidates interested in selling off-plan properties from leading developers as well as handling ready properties, resale, and rental transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan properties and promote new launches from leading developers.
- Handle secondary market transactions, including ready properties for sale, resale, and rentals.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and presentations.
- Follow up with clients and negotiate deals professionally.
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market, prices, and investment opportunities.
