About the Role The Ready-Mix Driver safely operates the concrete mixer and delivers loads to commercial and residential job sites. This role involves navigating varying conditions and may require handling extension chutes. What You'll Do
- Safely operate the ready-mix concrete mixer and deliver loads to job sites on schedule.
- Follow safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Adapt discharge methods to different site settings and conditions.
- Attach and manage extension chutes as needed for precise pouring.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and mechanical soundness.
- Provide professional customer service and represent Cemex positively.
- Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations. What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B).
- High School diploma preferred.
- Not prohibited in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong safety protocol knowledge related to construction and transportation.
- Good communication and ability to follow supervisor guidance.
- Knowledge of traffic routes and basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep (desirable). Nice to Have

- Base compensation ranges from $28.01 to $36.79 per hour, depending on location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education.
