About the Role The Ready-Mix Driver will safely operate the concrete mixer and deliver loads to commercial and residential sites, navigating varying conditions. May handle extension chutes weighing 30–50 pounds. What You'll Do
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Delivery & Timing: Ensure safe and timely delivery of concrete loads.
- Discharge Management: Adapt discharge methods to site conditions.
- Extension Chute Handling: Attach and manage extension chutes as needed.
- Truck Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the truck.
- Customer Service: Provide professional service and image.
- Team Coordination: Work with dispatch and teammates for efficient operations. What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL A or B license; high school diploma preferred.
- FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse compliance; not prohibited.
- Proficient in English; strong communication.
- Acceptable CSA and MVR; no DUI/DWI in last 5 years;
