Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) - Relocation Package to Malta on offer to European candidates. 9am - 5pm CET Monday to Friday
Reporting to Reactivation Team Lead
Your Impact
Reconnect with Customers: Proactively reach out to inactive customers by phone and other channels to encourage them to come back to the platform.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and make sure every customer has a positive experience.
Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their preferences, and tailor offers and promotions to re-engage them.
Communicate with Impact and Charisma: Engage customers with compelling, confident messaging that makes returning feel like a clear win.
What Makes You a Fit
At least C1 Level skills in German, spoken and written.
Fluent English
Minimum of 1 year of experience in online entertainment or another customer-facing B2C environment, ideally as a Reactivation Agent, Customer Support Agent or in a similar role. Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Strong initiative and autonomy in your work.
