About the Role This co‑op provides UC students with an early, hands‑on experience in P&G's R&D organization. The 12–24 week program is a temporary, paid co‑op that drives innovation and product development across multiple R&D areas. What You'll Do
- Work on discovering, developing, and manufacturing new consumer products and improving product performance.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial partners to align on design parameters and packaging, device development, and manufacturing processes.
- Potentially rotate across areas such as Product Research, Product Formulation & Design, Packaging & Device Development, Process Development & Pilot Plant Operations, Material Development, Modeling and Simulation, and Data Science. What We're Looking For
- In progress towards a Bachelor's degree in a life or physical science field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical and Measurement Science, Microbiology, Packaging Science, or related) or related engineering field (Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering).
- Preferred: Engineering experience in design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- 3D CAD design proficiency.
- Computer programming languages, such as C, C++.
- Experience with MCU software development.
- Data Science/Analytics exposure. Nice to Have
- Additional: Data Science/Analytics projects experience.
- Electrical Engineering, Robotics or related engineering field exposure. Compensation & Benefits
