About the Role The RCO Systems Engineer role is based in Dayton, OH and will contribute to the design, development, and integration of systems and components to support the organization's operational mission.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define system requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
- Perform systems engineering tasks including modeling, integration, testing, and verification.
- Support program execution with technical troubleshooting and documentation.

- Experience with systems engineering principles and lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
