About the Role RCO - Cyber Security Engineer will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and incident response capabilities for MTSI's environments in Albuquerque, NM. What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and operate cybersecurity controls across systems and networks.
- Monitor security events, perform threat analysis, and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure deployments and compliance. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM), vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork. Nice to Have
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, Security+).
- Cloud security experience (AWS/Azure), scripting, and automation.
