About the Role We are hiring an RCFE Administrator to join Windsor Healthcare Management in Lake Balboa, CA. This role oversees facility operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and motivates staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents and families. - Manage facility operations and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state long-term care regulations and nursing practices
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to meet resident needs
- Maintain a culture focused on trust, communication, and family-centered care What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of long-term care administration experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Current unencumbered federal and state nursing home administrator license
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing practices Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100k-$130k per year
