About the Role VNA Care is seeking an HHA or CNA to provide overnight in-home care in the Randolph area. The role focuses on compassionate, client-centered support for adults in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and light housekeeping, while maintaining confidentiality. What You'll Do
- Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
- Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
- Maintain confidentiality of clients What We're Looking For
- Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training
- Ability to work overnight shifts in home care
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication with coordinators and ability to follow care plans Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21 - $23 per hour
