About this role
RAMS Specialist for Rail & Transit team at IDOM, based in Madrid, Bilbao or Barcelona. You will contribute to RAMS/ safety analyses and documentation on national and international projects, working in a multidisciplinary environment.
What You'll Do
- Functional and interface safety analysis
- Safety requirements tracking
- Test Specification review
- Test Results Reports review
- Verification Reports preparation
- Safety Reports preparation
- Reliability Studies (FMECA, FTA)
- RAMS Plan preparation
- Safety Plan preparation
- Support for AsBo documentation
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (or related) with RAMS relevance
- Master's/Postgraduate in RAMS management in railway projects valued
- At least 3 years in railway RAMS engineering, railway inspection, interoperability, or Regulation 402
- Previous railway sector and RAMS experience a plus
- Fluent English (B2/C1); other languages valued
- Familiarity with interoperability (TSI)
- Strong analytical skills and report writing
- Team player with autonomy, flexibility, technical rigor, international mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an international company like IDOM
Nice to Have
- Masters or Postgraduate in RAMS management is valued
- Experience across national and international projects
