About the Role As Rail Systems Unit Manager in Cairo, you’ll be the technical owner for critical rail systems and lead lifecycle management, maintenance optimization, and performance monitoring. You’ll work with CBTC Signalling, Telecommunications, Platform Screen Doors (PSD), SCADA, and Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), collaborating with operations, maintenance, and project management teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability.

- Acting as the technical owner for key rail systems, ensuring their lifecycle management, operation, and maintenance.
- Planning, supervising, and optimizing preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance activities.
- Establishing structured failure reporting and conducting root cause analysis to develop actionable improvements.
