Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead scalable system integration projects, ensuring robust performance across expanding networks.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for seamless delivery.
• Guarantee reliability and safety of rail systems through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
• Champion innovation by implementing new technologies and optimizing existing processes.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within your team and across departments.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rail systems or transportation project management.
• Proficiency in rail system integration, project management tools, and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of system reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
