About the Role The Rail Systems Engineering Lead leads systems design and integration for rail signalling projects, coordinating design efforts and ensuring system safety and standards compliance. Based in San Francisco (also listed for Dallas and Seattle) this is a hybrid, full-time role that combines technical leadership with client engagement across projects. What You'll Do
- Lead systems, coordinate design, and manage integration across rail projects
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compliant solutions
- Guide system safety/RAMS activities and ensure adherence to railway standards What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of rail systems design experience
- Demonstrated leadership with clients
- Knowledge of system safety/RAMS and railway standards Nice to Have
- CA PE desirable Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $240,000–$260,000 per year
- Work arrangement: Hybrid; Full-time
