This role involves managing a team of coordinators, tracking inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead a team of rail coordinators
- Develop and implement strategies for site operations management
- Maintain adherence to SLA standards and manage reporting for KPIs, SLAs, and Stewardship initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Site Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and Maintenance Operations to optimize processes
