About the Role The RAF Internship Programme runs for 18–24 months and is offered to unemployed graduates to provide workplace experience across all business units. It also includes the Graduate Development Programme, which aims to develop young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds for RAF’s future growth, offering relevant work experience aligned with graduates' skill sets and identified talents.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the RAF Internship Programme across all business units to gain workplace experience related to your qualifications.
- Engage in the Graduate Development Programme activities designed to develop young professionals and provide opportunities for relevant work experience.
- Complete rotations and development activities as part of the programme.
