About the Role Join Logan Health as a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) in Diagnostic Imaging. You’ll perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, follow ALARA principles, and help ensure safe, accurate imaging while supporting patients through their exam. What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostic imaging exams following department protocols and ALARA principles.
- Assess and support patients physically and emotionally before, during, and after imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with providers and radiology team members to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
- Assist with exam preparation, venipuncture (as applicable), and post-procedure instructions.
- Ensure timely documentation, image quality assurance, and protocol compliance.
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe imaging environment. What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (required).
- ARRT Certification in Radiology (required).
- Montana State Radiologic Technologist License (required).
- Current BLS CPR certification (RQI Responder) (required).
- Knowledge of radiology protocols, equipment, and patient prep techniques.
- Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care.
- Current and valid Montana State license in Radiological Technology (required).
- RQI Responder CPR certificate required.
- Possess knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology preferred.
- Knowledge of equipment, supplies, and instruments used in a medical office preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
- Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Possess and maintain computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed. Nice to Have
