About the Role Radiologic Technologist I at SKH Skokie Hospital performs radiographic exams, prepares patients for imaging, and ensures high-quality images are produced for diagnostic purposes. This full-time onsite role requires patient interaction, attention to safety, and timely submission of images to the RIS. What You'll Do
- Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
- Perform radiographic exams
- Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
- Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner What We're Looking For
- License: IEMA licensing required
- Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program
- Certification: CPR certification required
- ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
- Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required Nice to Have
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
- Schedule: Split shift 11:30AM-8PM, rotating weekends Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $28.00 - $43.40 per hour (USD)
