About the Role Radiologic Technologist I provides radiologic imaging services across Endeavor Health's Chicago and North Suburbs locations. You will perform imaging procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and maintain equipment and workflow across multiple sites. New grads are welcome; flexible shift options and locations available. What You'll Do
- Perform radiologic procedures (x-ray) according to physician orders and clinical indications.
- Operate imaging equipment, optimize image quality, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Position patients, prepare them for procedures, and explain steps to minimize anxiety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with radiology team and other departments to deliver efficient patient care.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and infection control; participate in quality improvement. What We're Looking For
- IEMA licensure and ARRT certification.
- Certificate or associate degree from an accredited radiology program.
- CPR certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work Day/Evening/Night shifts and weekends; willingness to work at multiple locations.
- Ability to work as part of a patient-centered team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28.00 - $43.40 per hour.
