Clearance: Must Have a Minimum of a Secret Clearance

Role Overview

As an electrical engineer, you will apply your understanding of complex systems to the design and integration of radar systems. This role involves managing the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process. You will use your engineering skills to transform Mission Systems requirements to improve the radar performance of various platforms. Our team supports the Mission Systems team in working with OEMs to improve performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with existing teams to understand current challenges and collaborate with OEMs to develop and integrate upgrades.

• Assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to enhance system performance.

• Manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.

• Utilize engineering skills to transform Mission Systems requirements to improve radar performance.

• Support the integration of advanced technologies into existing platforms.

• Required Qualifications

• Experience in radar systems.

• Knowledge of radar systems and systems integration challenges.

• Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations.

• Must be a United States Citizen.

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems.

• Experience with the SETR process.

• Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data

Requirements

• List (CDRL) reporting.

• Knowledge of system targeting algorithms and test techniques.

• Ability to analyze radar designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
