Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- This role is open for Penang R&D Sustaining Group.
- Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle.
- This role requires an MFG background.
- This role will handle Manufacturing escalations, Customer escalations, Quality / RMA escalations and life cycle management projects as well.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action-item tracking.
- Manage project scope, cost, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate project planning, decision-making, and problem-solving across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Services, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and feature requirements.
