Job Description

What you’ll do: You help R&D work smarter through better processes, reliable data and practical solutions. You are independent, connected and hands-on.

• Employee & Leadership Support

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for R&D employees.

• Support selected R&D Leadership Team activities and events.

• Data, Reporting & Planning

• Own and improve the resource-planning and time-writing database.

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely data and monthly reporting.

• Maintain and improve reporting databases, dashboards and knowledge-management tools.

• Business Operations

• Support key R&D processes, including CER requests, CBM controls and purchase orders.

• Keep processes, templates and work instructions up to date and easy to find.

• Knowledge & Digital Tools

• Support Knowledge Management initiatives across R&D.

• Help colleagues make effective use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Accolade and Copilot.

• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working.

Qualifications

• What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s/HBO degree or equivalent experience; background in business operations, PMO, portfolio management or a support function is a plus.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership.

• Strong data-quality mindset and interest in reporting and analytics.

• Confident working independently and coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills; interest in SharePoint, Power BI, Accolade, Copilot and workflow automation.

• Experience in an R&D or technical environment is a plus.

• Dashboard/reporting experience is welcome but can be developed in the role.
