About the Role Kalepa is seeking a Quote & Bind Specialist to drive decision-ready quotes and streamline the entire quote-and-bind workflow. You will generate fully populated quotes after triage and analysis, review/edit/send, and apply the right forms and endorsements based on coverage, jurisdiction, and risk characteristics, all within a single unified platform. What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end quote-and-bind workflow in a single Kalepa workspace, with auto-population across quote and binder documents.
- Automatically generate fully populated quotes after submissions clear triage and analysis; review, edit, and send immediately to accelerate time to quote.
- Apply the correct forms and endorsements based on coverage, jurisdiction, and risk characteristics using Kalepa's forms library and logic.
- Ensure seamless integrations with core systems and external raters to fit existing operating models.
- Monitor and contribute to improvements in quote and bind KPIs (e.g., 20–40% increases in quote rates; 5–15% improvements in bind rates; 40% reduction in time to quote). What We're Looking For
- Experience in insurance quote and bind processes or insurtech platforms; familiarity with triage, analysis, and producing decision-ready quotes.
- Ability to use and apply forms libraries and endorsement logic based on coverage, jurisdiction, and risk.
- Experience with data auto-population across documents and integrating with core systems and external raters.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
- Experience with Kalepa's platform or similar quote-and-bind workflows; proven production deployments; working with top-tier insurers. Compensation & Benefits
