Quotation Specialist - Sales Support

About the Role In this role, you work closely with the Sales team to prepare and manage customer quotations. You ensure quotations are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining correct pricing conditions for each customer. As a key partner to Sales, you contribute to delivering a high-quality quotation service that supports efficient, compliant, and successful sales processes. We are looking for someone who can provide support in both Danish and Norwegian. Experience from installer businesses, lighting companies, or wholesale environments is considered a strong advantage for this position. What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate customer quotes in line with pricing guidelines and policies
- Support the creation and validation of deals, special pricing agreements, and promotions
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and manage quote requests
