Section: Overview HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR
📍 Location: Husborne, Ikoyi, Lagos 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
Section: Responsibilities
- Review project plans, analyse construction drawings, and perform accurate material take-offs (MTOs).
- Obtain quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track inventory, coordinate daily site activities, and assist in scheduling.
- Assist with job site safety adherence and required inspections.
- Maintain project records, update cost databases, and report project progress.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, estimators, and project managers to streamline operations.
Section: Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven background in quantity surveying, construction, and project management.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and execution strategies.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or equivalent construction tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
