About the Role
A Quantity Surveyor is sought to join Kier Group's Building Solutions North team in Sheffield. The role focuses on managing commercial resources to maximise gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts, with site or office work 3+ days per week to deliver high quality projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin and support budgeted profitability
- Tender, evaluate and appoint subcontractors, and place orders for materials
- What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with strong cost control and commercial management
- Ability to tender and appoint subcontractors and manage procurement of materials
- Based in or able to work from Sheffield, England
