About the Role
Join Kier's Commercial team as a Quantity Surveyor on the United Utilities Framework in Warrington. This role offers hybrid working with occasional travel to the office and the opportunity to work across a programme of diverse water infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Work within the Commercial team to support delivery of the United Utilities framework projects, including wastewater treatment plants, chemical removal schemes, bio-resource enhancements, reservoir compliance projects and bathing water initiatives.
- Assist with commercial processes, cost planning and measurement across projects as the programme mobilises and delivers.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage commercial risks, procurement and cost reporting.
- What We're Looking For
- Experience in quantity surveying within construction or civil engineering environments (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and travel to site/office as required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and governance.
