Quantitative Trader (Mid-to-Senior) - Multi-Strategy Desk

About the Role Join Crypto.com's Quant Trading team as a mid-to-senior quantitative trader on a multi-strategy desk, building and evolving high-performance data and trading infrastructure to trade across crypto spots, derivatives, prediction markets, and traditional markets. You will work in a flat, collaborative environment solving research, execution, infrastructure, and live trading problems using modern tools including AI-assisted development. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement trading strategies across crypto spot, derivatives, prediction markets, and traditional markets.
• Build and maintain high-performance data and trading infrastructure; move ideas to production trading systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts, core developers, and trading operations; work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply statistical market analysis and strategy research to identify opportunities; design robust, low-latency execution and risk controls.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and modern tools to tackle research, execution, infrastructure, and live trading challenges. What We're Looking For
• Mid-to-senior quantitative trader with a track record in building and trading systematic strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, statistics, and ability to translate ideas into production trading systems.
• Proficient programming and software engineering discipline; experience with data processing, backtesting, and execution systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams; thrive in fast-paced crypto trading environments.
• Familiarity with crypto markets, crypto spot/derivatives, and cross-asset trading; willingness to learn and adapt. Nice to Have
• Experience with high-performance or low-latency trading systems.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages; experience with backtesting frameworks.
