About the Role Crypto.com is seeking mid-to-senior quantitative traders to join our multi-strategy desk. The Quant Trading team builds high-performance data and trading infrastructure and systematically trades across crypto spot and derivatives, prediction markets, and traditional financial markets. You will work in a flat, highly collaborative environment, partnering with data analysts, core developers, and trading operations, and use modern tools — including AI-assisted development — to tackle problems across research, execution, infrastructure, and live trading. What You'll Do
- Build and optimize trading strategies and production trading systems across multiple asset classes
- Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines and trading infrastructure
- Research market signals, test ideas, and implement production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with data analysts, core developers, and trading operations to move ideas from research to execution
- Act with independence and speed in a fast-moving, dynamic market What We're Looking For
- Strong quantitative background with experience in statistical market analysis and strategy research
- Experience in building or contributing to production trading systems and trading infrastructure
- Proficiency in engineering discipline (coding, testing, deployment) and comfort with fast-paced environments
- Interest or experience with AI-assisted development and modern tooling
- Familiarity with crypto markets (spot/derivatives) and traditional financial markets is a plus Nice to Have
- Experience across multi-asset trading and multi-market desks
- Familiarity with high-performance computing or low-latency systems
- Knowledge of programming languages used in quant trading (e.g., Python, C++, etc.) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $300,000 - $450,000 per year
