In this role, you will work closely with the trading analyst team, focusing on building research tools, automating workflows, and developing data-driven applications to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust analytical tools and internal applications for the trading analyst team.

- Automate data workflows, research pipelines, and reporting processes.

- Design, test, and deploy Python-based tools to support market data analysis
- and trade performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with quants, analysts, and developers to integrate data sources and improve internal systems.
- Work within a fast-paced environment supporting production systems and research tools.
Requirements

Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries).

Experience with data visualization, automation, or research tool development.

Solid understanding of Linux, Git, and modern software engineering practices.

Familiarity with market data, order books, or trading systems preferred.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
