Job title: Quality Technician - Production Quality
About the Role Responsible for implementing quality-control means to ensure production units meet their quality levels. You will ensure quality in your domain and actively contribute to improving internal and external customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage quality control tools and ensure proper use: participate in plan reviews, define control plans, design, calibrate and implement tools, and monitor their use for existing products and new ones.
- Participate in qualification of new products and processes (appearance and dimensional reports, conformity opinions).
- Update existing documents (operating procedures, instructions).
- Implement MSP (Maîtrise Statistiques des Procédés), analyze process capabilities and ensure proper use.
- Contribute to reduction of COQ and costs of quality and control costs.
- Identify, report and analyze quality issues in your area to propose improvements.
- Lead and validate operator self-inspection, participate in their quality evaluation, train teams, and accompany Auditors of your scope.
- Monitor produced quality (DPPM) and actively participate in daily sector meetings.
What We're Looking For
- A technical BAC+2 in a quality-related field (two-year technical degree).
- Confirmed technician with hands-on experience.
- Knowledge of statistics.
- Continuous drive to improve product quality, openness to dialogue and progress.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical and synthesis mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of technical English.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
