About the Role Join our quality team as a Quality Technician at LEGO System A/S in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, Vietnam. You will help prevent and resolve non-conforming materials and products, drive problem-solving using QC and PDCA methods, and ensure compliance with the QMS. This role requires collaboration across functions to maintain product quality, EHS, and 5S standards.

What You'll Do

• Participate in actions to prevent and address non-conforming materials (NC), finished goods (FG), and quarantined WIP; track resolution until completion.
• Investigate root causes, coordinate with relevant departments, and monitor corrective actions.
• Apply basic statistical methods to analyze data and use PDCA/Quality tools to resolve issues.
• Report quality results per shift for each department and per QMS requirements; alert management to risks.
• Assess EHS and 5S in assigned areas; lead or participate in Quality Team activities; monitor effectiveness of improvements.
• Comply with internal/external assessments (IMS, CCC, FSC, etc.), conduct LCI evaluations and set annual improvement targets (TIP).
• Stop production upon detection of serious EHS or quality risks; report to supervisor and cooperate to resolve immediately.
• Support plant projects; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in Quality; preferably in an MNC or company with high-quality standards.
• Proficient with quality standards and defect classification.
• Good eyesight; color vision; no color blindness.
• Knowledge of production processes, experience in evaluation and validation.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint; computer literacy.
• Understanding of basic statistics and PDCA.
• Strong team spirit, flexible behavior, open-minded, proactive and willing to support.
• Good communication, decision-making, and trust-building skills.
